Justin was faced with many challenges with NPC that not only affected his mind but also his body. Despite these challenges, he always maintained a positive outlook on life. Justin was friendly to everyone he met, spreading his humor and joy.
He was born March 1st, 1980, in Rochester, New York. During his youth, Justin was a catcher in little league baseball and played on the football team. Justin played the guitar in a band with his friends. He enjoyed riding his bike and watching sports on TV, becoming a life-long Raiders fan.
After moving to Virginia, Justin graduated from Godwin high school in 1999. Justin was extremely proud of his accomplishment and would tell everyone, “I graduated from Godwin in 99!”
Into adulthood, he was diagnosed with NPC with his symptoms becoming more apparent. Justin attended Circle Center Adult Day Services where he received excellent care from all the staff. There, he loved to color pictures and write lists. He had an infectious smile and an unforgettable laugh. As he described himself, “I am a gentle man.” We love Justin and he will be missed. He left a lasting imprint on anyone who met him.
He is survived by his father, Erwin “Hank” Williamson (Laura); his mother, Alice Bare; his sister, Tracy Williamson (Marvin); two nephews, Tahkai and Maddox Green; and a large extended family in upstate New York.
