von Schrader, Lilia Perez, 67, of Richmond, passed away Saturday, May 7, 2011 after battling a lengthy illness. Lilia was born March 27, 1944 in the country of Cuba. She came to live in the United States in 1965. After living for a short while in New York with her sister, she moved to Charlottesville, VA where she met her husband, Freeman von Schrader. In 1974, they moved to Richmond, where they made their home. She worked as a bookkeeper and accountant for many years and became a US Citizen in 1996. She is survived by her daughter, Vanessa Roberts (Kip Roberts), her sister, Irma Madrazo, grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
