POWERS, Margaret M., 97, of Richmond, widow of William M. Powers Sr., went to be with the Lord March 6, 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Joanne Perry and her husband, Bob, of Bumpass, Va.; son, William M. Powers Jr. and his wife, Sandy, of Hagerstown, Md.; also four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Powers was a member of Northside Baptist Church. She was a beloved friend, mother and will be missed greatly by all of those whose lives she touched.
Funeral services will be private. In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to the charity of your choice.
