Margie King Rengnerth, of Henrico, VA, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 28, 2019. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth R. Rengnerth. She is survived by her sons, Kenneth Jr. (Cheryl), Gregory Dean (Barbara), Jeffrey Dale, Herbert Claus (Bonnie); daughter, Susanna Boyles (Paul); grandchildren, Jeffrey Dale Jr. (Kim) and Tanner Lyn Boyles (Joyce). Margie was born on March 12, 1933 to Herbert and Alberta King of Wilmington, NC, the youngest of three daughters. She attended New Hanover High School and later, James Walker Nursing School. She met Kenneth Rengnerth in 1957 and they eventually settled in Richmond, VA, to start their family. Margie loved her family and the laughter of us all; she loved the fellowship of her church and friends and she will be sadly missed by all of us. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 3, from 6-8pm at Woody Funeral Home – Parham Chapel. A funeral service will be held at noon on Wednesday, December 4, in the Woody Chapel, with interment to follow at Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Epiphany Lutheran Church, 1400 Horsepen Rd. Richmond VA, 23226. A special thank you to the staff of Westport Rehab and Nursing Center.

Margie was a dear, kind and loving soul who was the personification of a generous soul.
Her cousin, my late husband Bob, loved her as the sister he would have chosen.
Margie loved to laugh and made me feel, and many others, that the world was a good place.
