Mary’s favorite pastime was spending time on the Rappahannock River with her friends and family.
Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband Charles “Charlie” Harland and one son Dr. Charles “Jimmy” Harland Jr. She is survived by her son William “Randy” Harland (Meredith), and daughter Ann Carol Harland. She has three grandchildren Jeffrey “Scott” Kalkowsky of Columbus, Ohio, William “Will” Harland, Jr. (Terri) of Richmond, Va. and Mathew “Ryan” Kalkowsky (Kristen), of Richmond, VA. and one great granddaughter Ella Kent Harland and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Woody Funeral Home 1771 N Parham Rd on Friday, November 16, 2012 from 4:00pm to 7:00pm. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 10:00am at Greenwood Memorial Gardens off Patterson Ave. in Richmond, VA.
