She is survived by her daughter, Flora Stith Lowe (Curt), of Iowa; granddaughter, Elizabeth Lowe; two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews.
For many years she was an Administrative Assistant to the Dean of Arts and Sciences Department at VCU.
The family will receive friends from 10 to 11am, on Thursday, November 7, at the Parham Chapel of Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N Parham Rd. Graveside services will be held at 1pm, on Thursday, November 7, at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Richmond. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
