Nancy Elaine Ralston Harlow, 91, of Richmond, Va., passed away December 16, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.S. Harlow Sr. She is survived by three children, Shelton Harlow Jr. and wife, Miya, Elaine Neal and husband, Roger, John Harlow and wife, Suzanne; two grandchildren, Luther Harlow and Krystal Beckett; two great-grandchildren, Mariah and Nyla. Mrs. Harlow has been a Registered Nurse since 1945 and was also a member of Crestwood Presbyterian Church. A funeral service will be held Thursday, December 19, 2013 at 1 p.m., with the family receiving friends starting at 12 noon at Crestwood Presbyterian Church, 6627 Jahnke Rd., Richmond, Va. 23225.
