Nancy was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and cherished friend. In life she radiated warmth and a spark that drew people in—bold, engaging, and boundlessly kind. She carried herself with a lively energy that brightened rooms and conversation. Her laughter was a familiar comfort, and her generosity knew no bounds, whether in a shared meal, a listening ear, or a comforting word.
Nancy’s life was defined by love shared with family and friends, a steadfast presence in the lives of those she touched, and a generous spirit that will be remembered by all who knew her. An avid baseball fan, involved in many organizations over the years where her presence was special.
She was predeceased by her husband, Donald Ikenberry, who passed away in 2014, and her son, Lee Jewell, who passed away in 2021. May their memories forever be a blessing and a source of comfort to Nancy’s family and friends who cherished them.
In her final days, she was surrounded by loved ones, and care providers, who provided peaceful support that honored her wishes and brought comfort to she and her family.
