Neil Ginsberg, 80, of Richmond, Va., formerly of Upland, Calif., passed away August 18, 2012. He was the widower of Bette Ginsberg and is survived by his two daughters, Sharon Ragland and her husband, Jim, and Diane Brown; two granddaughters, Wendy Horne and Amy MacFarlane; and two grandsons, Matthew and Nicholas Brown. The family would like to thank Dr. William Anderson and the nursing staff at Our Lady of Hope Christopher Center for the wonderful care he received while there.
