Netta Tyree Henderlite

Netta Tyree Henderlite, 85, of Richmond, Virginia, passed away on March 12, 2026. She was born in Richmond, Virginia, and traveled extensively throughout her childhood. She graduated from high school in Frankfurt, Germany. Netta was certified as an X-ray technician and used her skills at many hospitals in the area. She retired from Virginia Physicians, Inc.\

She enjoyed spending time with friends and family, often hosting holiday gatherings. Netta was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband, Courtney Frischkorn Henderlite, and her grandson, Hunter Reid Henderlite.

Netta is survived by her children: Scott Courtney Henderlite (Tricia) and Nanette Henderlite Via (Keith); her grandchildren: Courtney Elizabeth Sargent, Melvin Duane Sargent Jr., Jonathan Scott Henderlite (Ana Andrade), Logan Bryce Henderlite, and Nicholas Reid Henderlite; her great-granddaughter: Lilly Anne Page Sargent; as well as nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. at Greenwood Memorial Gardens, 12609 Patterson Ave, Richmond, Virginia 23238 for friends and family.
