Patricia "Pat" Turner Anderson

She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years, Philip James (Jim )Anderson; adored son and apple of her eye and love of her life, Robb Anderson and his wife, Jennifer Anderson; cherished grandchildren, Crawford and Beau Anderson and many other loving family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Carrington Turner.

Patricia was an elementary school teacher and later went on to work for the general assembly for 10 years. She was a member and had many friends at Avalon Recreation and Indian Creek CC in Kilmarnock. Patricia was a 50 year cancer survivor and loved to play tennis, bridge and mahjong.

Her family and friends will remember her as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be laid to rest at a private graveside service at Westhampton Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Children's Home Society, 4200 Fitzhugh Ave, Richmond, VA 23230.
