Pauline Willard Smith, of Lakewood Manor, passed away Wednesday, February 19, 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter O. Smith Jr. She is survived by her son, Walter O. Smith III. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at All Saints Episcopal Church, 8787 River Road, Henrico, Va., 23229. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund at Manakin Episcopal Church, 985 Huguenot Trail, Midlothian, Va., 23113.
