She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 40 years Cecil H. Moses.
Phyllis is survived by her children Bill Moses, Tim Moses, Tom Moses and wife Debbie, Donna Ford and husband Jim. Grandchildren; Sarah, Evan, Tyler, Stacy, Michelle, and Savanah, one great grandson Dillon and numerous family members and close friends.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 19, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 at the Woody funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, VA. 23229, the service will be on Friday April 20, 2012 at 1:00pm at the funeral home with interment following at Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
