Rebecca, 90, of Richmond, died Sunday, October 7, 2012 at Our Lady of Hope Nursing Center. She was the widow of Carter B. Gay, her husband of 64 years. A retiree of FDIC and a volunteer for many years at St. Mary's Hospital. She is survived by her two nieces, Linda J. Ricks of Seaboard, N.C. and Juanita H. Hicks of Richmond, Va. Rebecca was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 11, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N.
