SEAMAN, Richard Downey III, 75, of Richmond, widower of Margaret V. Seaman. He is survived by his sister-in-law, Clara S. Williams; niece, Linda W. (James R.) Wilson; nephews, Edward L. (Cindy) Williams Jr., Danny R. (Lee) Williams and great-nieces, Leigh Anne Wilson, Jamie Wilson Drescher, Bree Williams; sister-in-law, Ethleen Williams; nephew, Benjamin F. (Linda) Williams and great-nieces, Dawn and Wendy. The family will receive friends at Woody Funeral Home Parham Chapel from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 4, 2011. A service will take place at 10 a.m. Monday, December 5 at the Westhampton Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Moose Lodge #669.
