To the Dawkins Family, I remember Bob from my days at LaGuardia. He was always a gentleman, good cop, fun guy and always there when someone needed a helping hand, and I always considered him a friend. He will be sorely missed.

Bob was my classmate in the police academy. Bob was an officer and a gentleman. I was proud to call him not only my friend but my brother in blue. Society lost a real nice man and Heaven gained a true gentleman. I pray that God Holds Bob in his grace and the Dawkins family as well. I will miss you Bob but I will see you on the other side. God Bless you.

Bob had such a gentle soul, he was loved by all who knew him, I worked with Bob and he always came by and let us get off our pins and warm up. I worked with Bob at LaGuardia and when I think of him it makes me smile. Or prayers and thoughts are with the family, we will meet again.
