STOCKWELL, Roseanne Richards, 86, passed away at her home on July 13. 2014. She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis A. Stockwell Jr. She leaves behind a loving family of four children, Francis A. Stockwell III (Susan), Mark Stockwell, Philip Stockwell, and Anne Scoggin (Jeff); grandchildren Lauren Stockwell, Allison Stockwell, Patrick Scoggin and Molly Scoggin. A special thanks to her devoted son Philip who was her primary caregiver.
A memorial service will be held at the Church of the Epiphany, Episcopal, 8000 Hermitage Rd., Richmond, Va. 23228 on Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11am. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall.
