NEAGLE, Ruby Norman, 75, of Richmond, passed away on June 14, 2011. Ruby served 37 years in the Henrico School System as a teacher. She was preceded in death by her sister, Charlotte Seelig; and she is survived by her brother, Robert W. Norman (Joanne); and sisters, Madeleen N. Holder (Paul), Rose N. Holloway (Walt), Marlene N. Schall; and a brother-in-law, Tom Seelig; and many nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2011, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Parham Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1771 N. Parham Rd., Richmond, Va. 23229, and services will be held grave side on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 11 a.m. at Westhampton Memorial Park.
