Samuel Amos Carmine III, 62, of Richmond, Va. passed away at home on September 27, 2011 of natural causes. He was an accomplished businessman and athlete. He is survived by his mother, Jacqueline Carmine, a daughter Jacqueline Smith and husband Brandon, grandson, Nathaniel Smith, and a brother, Charles Carmine.
There will be a memorial service to celebrate Samuels's life on Friday, September 30, 2011 at 6:00pm at the Woody Funeral Home, Parham Chapel, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, VA. The family will receive friends following the service. In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the American Heart Association.
