Stuard Albert Rock

Stuard A. "Al" Rock passed away December 21. 2023 at the age of 82. He was well loved and survived by his wife, Bette, and his son John S. (Deigie), grandchildren Mary Kate Dallas (Jarvis), Gambill Dallas, and Ellie Rock (Carson). Great Granddaughter Remi-Kate Cruce.

He was predeceased by his parents, Louise V. Rock and Stuard F. Rock Al served in the United States Army and Virginia National Guard.

Al belonged to the Glen Allen Masonic Lodge # 131

He loved spending time with his Shrine family. And was a 50 + year member of Acca Shrine Center. Over the years, he was President of the Greeters Unit, Commander of the Legion of Honor and the Commander of the South Atlantic Shrine Association Legion of Honor. He was a member of the Manchester Shrine Club. He enjoyed parades with this Club. The children loved his bubbles. He was a member of the Cast Unit, James River and Glen Allen Clubs. In 2020 Al was elected Potentate of Acca Shrine.

Visitation with the family will be on January 20, 2024 at 3:00 Pm with a Masonic Service and Memorial Service will follow. All activities will be held at the Acca Shrine Center, 1712 Bellevue Avenue.
