She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Taylor R Copping, Sr; her parents; and her eleven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her three children; Taylor Copping Jr, Kathryn Bevier and Elizabeth Jones, three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, all of whom brought her immense pride and joy throughout her life.
Virginia was an avid bridge player, loved crafting and gardening. She sought to create beauty in all she did.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered for her love, strength, and devotion to her family.
A private service was held on May 6th for the immediate family.
