My thoughts and prayers are with Dale Jr. and his family. I was outside Bravo when Mr. Currie fell. I was worried and hoped the outcome would be different. I have prayed for he and his family ever since and will continue to do so.

An elegant and clear-eyed fellow, Dale Currie was my husband's dearest friend who wished no man ill and every man well. He had a easy grin that lit up the room, a gentle and understanding heart, and a reassuring touch. A scrupulously honest and ethical man, he said he played in the sunshine and that he was so proud of his family that he could almost burst. Go well.
