He was known in many circles as “Superman” and “The Grim Reaper”, but the most important title to him was, “Dad”. In preparation for the 2026 family Italy trip, Daniel spent his free time immersing himself in Italian culture and was a dedicated, self-taught student of the language. He attended well over 200 concerts with his daughter and Penny in tow, as live music was one of his greatest passions. His crowning achievement was being an unequaled father to his beloved daughter, Erin Mulholland, whom he loved dearly and spoke of often.
