Doris was born in Mississippi November 9, 1944 to Bernice and W.E. Perry. She attended Murray Highschool and the University of Southern Mississippi..
Doris married Robert Louis King, and together they had one child, Robert Eugene King. She worked as secretary and enjoyed participating in church activities. Doris was also a proud member of the Beautification Club of Terry.
Doris is survived by her son Robert Eugene King, her daughter-in-law Lea Ann King, and her two grandchildren, Ryan and Kaitlynn King. Doris was predeceased by her husband Robert Louis King, and her parents, Bernice and W.E. Perry.
Visitation services will be held at the King Family Estate on July 20, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. with Funeral services following, beginning at 2:00 p.m..
Memorial donations may be made in Doris’ name to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
