Dick and I have known Eddie Joe for over 50 years through working together at Ernst & Ernst and Barksdale & Joe. He was humorous, kind and always very pleasant to be around. Our thoughts are with the family because we could see
how much they loved and respected him. He will be missed.

Edward and I worked very closely in the early days at A M Morgan. We traveled to automobile agencies throughout Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas and Texas. I cherish the memories of working with Joe. He was a man of integrity, a lifetime friend and I will miss him greatly. My prayers are with Annette and family.
Miriam and I send our love and sympathy,

Mr. Edward and the mrs. , we’re very kind and gracious to Tammy and myself back in the 80s. Sorry for his passing away, and so quickly too. May he be at complete “rest and peace” now.

I have many great memories with Uncle Ed having spent many summers of my childhood visiting him and the rest of the family.

Uncle Ed was one of the kindest and most generous person I've ever known. Uncle Ed and his brothers (including my father, Walter) loved Mississippi State football as represented by the picture taken in 2010 at the MS State/UH football game.

I will always cherish the times I got to spend with him and carry his memory forever in my heart.

Uncle Edward will be missed dearly. I will miss his warm smile and kind heart. Some of my favorite memories are in Mississippi visiting him and the rest of the family. Uncle Ed was key to always keeping the family connected no matter how far apart we all are. Hope he continues to cheer on his beloved Mississippi State Bulldogs and may he rest in peace in heaven with Dad, Uncle Fee, and Uncle Jim.
