Elizabeth M. Stubbs, 51, went home to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday December 2, 2016. Visitation will be held Tuesday Dec. 6, 2016 from 5:00pm till 7:00pm at St. Therese Catholic Church an 9:00am till 10:00am Wednesday with services at 10:00am. Burial will be in Floral Hills Cemetery, Pearl, MS.
Elizabeth was born in Mendenhall, MS, Jan. 8, 1965. She graduated from Jim Hill High School and Miss. College with a degree in Education. She taught in the Crystal Springs and Gary Road Elementary Schools and then for the Miss Department of Corrections.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie Alvin Stubbs Sr. and a brother Allen Stubbs.
Survivors include her mother, Mary Stubbs, her sister, Theresa Owens and two brothers Calvin and Lonnie Stubbs.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Therese Catholic Church, Jackson, MS
