Forrest was born in Jackson, Ms. on July 14, 1965, to Beverly and Howard Friday. He attended Jackson Preparatory and Mississippi State University. He was a proud Bulldog and a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
Forrest married Amy Johnson and together they had three children, Hunter, Reese and Kitty. He worked previously with BellSouth Mobility and more recently with First Heritage Credit. His passions included hunting, fishing, the beach, showing horses with his daughter, and pretty much anything that included family and outdoors.
Forrest is survived by his parents, his wife, their three children, his brother Nathan (Kathy), and his uncle Bill Slaughter.
Funeral services will be held at Christ United Methodist Church in Jackson, MS on Wednesday, March 28, at 11:00am. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, March 27 from 5-7 and Wednesday 9-11.
Memorial donations may be made in Forrest’s name to Blair E. Batson Children’s Hospital.
