Friends are invited to visitation with the family at 11:00am on Wednesday December 12, 2018 in the parlor at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church with the funeral to follow at noon.
Polly was born to Lexie and W.B. Seal on April 28, 1925, in Alabama. She was a graduate of Central High School in Jackson, MS. She married Hamilton Turner Ware in 1946. Polly and Hank had two children, Vicki (Jeff, deceased) and Billy (Frances).
Her husband Hank, preceded her in death, as well as her parents and her brother Chester and her sister Maxine. She is survived by her sister Dolline Baer, and her two children; two sister-in-laws, Melba Seal and Lucy Ware, and one brother-in-law Paul Ware. She had five granddaughters: Angela Watkins Graves, Ashly Watkins McAnly, Allison Watkins Cunningham, Sarah Hensley Ware Abbott, and Olivia Ware Terenzio; two grandsons, Coy Neal and Ken Stewart; and nine great-grandchildren. She was very proud of her family and was dearly loved.
Polly and Hank were founding members of Broadmeadow United Methodist Church, where they served in numerous lay positions. She was very active in many community and social groups.
