Hong was born in Vietnam on September 20, 1967 to Riep and Dau Nguyen. She attended J. Frank Dobie High School in Houston, TX.
Hong married Ho Lam (61), and together they had three children: Anthony (36), Phillip (32), and Francis (18). She worked as a restaurant owner/manager and enjoyed spending time with family and traveling. Hong is survived by her husband and three children.
Visitation will be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Madison on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm. The Funeral Mass will be held at St. Francis on Saturday, August 5, 2023 at 11:00 am with visitation beginning one hour prior. Following mass, a reception will be held at the Family Life Center.
