Jo Ann was born in Birmingham, Alabama, August 28, 1949 to Catherine
McPherson and Bob McPherson. She attended St. Barnabus Catholic School
in Birmingham, Alabama.
Jo Ann married Donald Richardson, and together they had 2 children,
Christopher and Johnathon. She worked as a dental assistant all of her
life. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and sitting out
by the pool.
Jo Ann was a proud member of St. Paul Catholic church, Flowood, MS.
She is survived by, her children Christopher and Johnathon Richardson,
grandchildren Robert, Hunter, Nicole, and Dalton Richardson, and her
great-grandson, Brantley Richardson, and was predeceased by her mother
and father Bob and Catherine McPherson, husband Donald Richardson,
and sister Janet Grendburg.
Funeral services will be held at Parkway Funeral
Home at 1161 Highland Colony Pkwy Ridgeland, MS on Sunday May 6, 2018
at 2pm. Visitation for Jo Ann McPherson Richardson will be held from
12pm to 2pm at Parkway Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Parkway Memorial Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be made in Jo Ann's name to St. Paul Catholic
Church Flowood, Mississippi.
