Komen Breast Cancer Survivor of the Year.

She is survived by her loving children and their families: Austin Adams (Candice), Jeremy Adams, and Whitney Needham (Brad). Grandchildren: Katelyn and Jackson Adams; Hayden, Shelby, and Piper Adams; and Hannah and Adalyn Adams. She is also survived by her sister, Juleigh Greer, and her brother, Darryl Greer. She was predeceased by her parents, Howard and Kathryn Greer, and her brother Keith Greer.

Kathy's greatest wish is for each of you to come to know Jesus as your savior, if you have not already.

"If you declare with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord", and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9
