Marian Graham

Marian Arnott Graham, 94, passed away on Thursday, August 3, 2023 at The Arbor in Ridgeland, Mississippi. She was born on September 24, 1928 in Worcester, Massachusetts to Florence Minty Arnott and Ashley Arnott. Marian grew up in Belmont, Massachusetts and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in home economics from Framingham State College and a Master’s degree in dietetics from Florida State University. She was married to Norman F. Graham until his passing in 2011.

Marian worked as a dietician in hospitals, and was also a private dietetic consultant. She was a member of the Mississippi Dietetic Association and the American Association of University Women. Marian and her husband also participated in the National Audubon Society. She was an active member of the Episcopal Church, especially St. Peter’s by the Sea in Gulfport, Mississippi.

Marian is preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Norman F. Graham. She is survived by her two sons, Justin Graham and Clinton Graham.

A private service will be held for the family, and she will be laid to rest at Parkway Memorial Cemetery in Ridgeland, Mississippi.
