Mark was such a blessing! I loved his curls and bright smile.Everyone he came in contact with was drawn to him including myself. I cherish our ties to Ole Miss, music and the short time we dated. I still smile thinking of your neon sign in your room at your parents! You are deeply missed but we will see each other again. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family .

I had not gotten to see Mark since our days in Oxford. We did spend a lot of time running around in high school and college and always had such a wonderful time. Great stories from some of those adventures. I was shocked and saddened to hear about his condition and I know he will be missed greatly by all of those that he touched over the years. I think the one thing that always amazed me the most about Mandas was the wide variety of people that considered him a friend. People from all walks of life, all belief systems, economic backgrounds...he welcomed everyone, and personally I do not think there is a more admirable quality that a person can possess. Rest easy Mandas. I will keep holding down the fort here until it's time to go.

I remember Mark as a kid so full of life, that bright smile he had and a wonderful family. It saddens me he is gone so soon, but apparently God has big plans for him. Sincerely, The Cora's
