Mary was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at St. Francis. She was very kind and generous,  participating fully in all our activities. She was a true southern lady, and I will always remember her for the delicious recipes she shared with us!

My late husband John and I shared many a happy time with both Bill and Mary at our restaurant Fat Tuesday’s. Only wish I had known earlier than today of her passing and funeral.  Fly high Mary. I know you are happy reunited with your Bill. 

Dear Trey and Amanda,
I want to let you know that I am so very sorry for y'alls loss.   I'm not sure if you know it Trey, but my sister Margaret and I were at your mom and dads when you were  around 3 weeks old.  Your parents were so excited that you were born and that you were their baby boy.  As the years past, we all lost touch with each other.  9 years or so ago, we reconnected with your lovely, funny mom.  She was a hoot and everyone loved her.  My husband and I went to visit her in Madison a couple of times.  We took her to the Vicksburg Battlefield Museum.  We all had such a fun and engaging, time going through the Civil War history etc.   Your mom was definitely a wonderful person.   She will be missed by many.  God bless you and Amanda.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to your family.  Mary was one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met.  When my husband and I became members at St Francis in Madison some 22 years ago, Mary was our welcoming committee!  So kind and always smiling is how I’ll always think of her.  An angel. 

Trey, so sorry we will not attend Mary’s funeral because of COVID. Will be thinking of you. Hope you and Amanda stay safe. Love Connie.
