Rosemary was born and raised in Flora, MS on November 22, 1943 to Rosalie and Roy Bolin.
Rosemary married Billy Bowers Kerr and together they had two children, Kelly Hope and Johnathan Shane Kerr. She worked as teacher in the Madison County school district for 36 years. Rosemary was also a proud member of Trace Ridge Baptist Church in Ridgeland, MS.
Rosemary is survived by daughter, Kelly Hope Kerr Cook (Stephen); grandchildren, Bowers and Chapman Davis Cook; and sister, Becky Bolin Laurie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Billy Bowers Kerr; parents, Roy and Rosalie Bolin; and son, Johnathan Shane Kerr.
Funeral services will be held at Parkway Funeral Home on Friday, August 1, 2025 at 2PM. Visitation will be held from 1-2PM at Parkway Funeral Home on Friday, August 1, 2025. A graveside service will take place after the service at Flora Cemetery.
