

Stephanie was born on March 17, 1968, in Winona, Mississippi, to Joan Tabor Stewart Watson and Murry D. Stewart Jr.
She attended Mississippi College, where she earned her Master’s degree in Education. Stephanie dedicated her career to teaching high school English, inspiring and encouraging countless students throughout the years.
Beyond her career, Stephanie found her greatest joy in spending time with her family. They were the center of her life, and she cherished every moment with them.
She is survived by her son, Tabor McGee (Cassie) of Madison, Mississippi; her daughter, Natalie Seabrook of Madison, Mississippi; her mother, Joan Tabor Watson of Madison, Mississippi; her father, Murry D. Stewart Jr. (Flo) of Brandon, Mississippi; and her brother, James Denton Watson III (Kristi), along with her beloved niece and nephew, Beckett and Emerson Watson, all of Madison, Mississippi.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Sara Whitmire Tabor and James Tabor of Winona, Mississippi, and her paternal grandparents, Alma Jackslowe Stewart and Murry D. Stewart of Vaiden, Mississippi.
Stephanie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her kindness, generous spirit, and the love she so freely shared with family, friends, and everyone whose life she touched.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 27, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. at Parkway Funeral Home, 1161 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland, Mississippi. A funeral service will immediately follow at 3:00 p.m.
The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to their friends and church family for the love, prayers, and compassion shown during this difficult time.
