He was born December 10, 1978 to his parents Bill and Marsha Glover at Women’s hospital in Flowood, Mississippi. Will grew up in Jackson and graduated from Jackson Academy where he was a six-year letterman in track and cross country and was one of the top runners in the state. He excelled in academics and went on to receive a full scholarship to Ole Miss where he got a degree in journalism and began writing for the Desoto Times. Will loved the newspaper and even ran a paper route while in high school. His next job was in Tupelo, Mississippi and wrote for the Northeast Journal before moving to his last and favorite job as managing editor of the Panama City Herald. Will loved Panama City and loved that paper, working there until he was not able to work any longer due to his illness. Will was an avid Braves, Saints, and Ole Miss fan, and never missed any televised game, but most importantly loved his church in Panama City where he was involved.
Will is preceded in death by his Grandparents, William H. Glover Sr. and Sybil Glover, as well as Eugene Brooks. He is survived by his father William H. Glover Jr., his mother Marsha Glover, his little brother Peter Glover, his Grandmother Mary Brooks, his sister in law Tiffany Glover, and his two nieces Sybil and Merrian Glover.
