William Traylor "Bill" Phelps, 87, passed away Thursday December 13, 2012 at home. A Memorial Service will be 1:00pm Saturday December 15, 2012 at St. Andrew's Episcopal Cathedral preceded by visitation in St. Francis Hall at 12 Noon.
Bill was owner of Crescent Laundry and Cleaners and a Charter Member of the Jackson Yacht Club. He was a veteran of the US Army Air Corps having served in WWII. He was also an active member of the Antique Vehicle Club of Mississippi and the St. Andrew's Holy Smokers.
