William was born in Johnson City, TN on March 28, 1923 to Hazel Perry and William Frank Shepherd.
Mr. Shepherd is survived by his daughters, Gerry Paciera and Joy Ross; grandchildren, Christy Strickland and husband, Paul Strickland, Sr., Paul Anthony Paciera and wife, Theresa, and Philip Paciera and wife, Autumn; great grandchildren, Taylor Strickland, Paul Russell Strickland, Jr., Hailey Paciera, Holly Paciera, Peyton Paciera, Anthony Paciera, and Riley Strickland; as well as a brother, Frank Jackson Shepherd, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Hazel and William Shepherd; his wife, Claudelle Moore Shepherd; and brother, Robert Shepherd of Chicago, IL.
A private funeral service for the family will be held at a later date.
