Beverly was employed by the Martinsville K-mart where she worked as a sales associate for many years. She was of the Baptist faith.
Beverly is survived by her sisters, Pat Nelson and her husband, Tom of Asheboro, NC and Barbara Evans of Greensboro, NC; nieces, Michelle Rich and Lisa Nelson; nephews, David Nelson and Bryan Evans and one step-sister, Kathy Haug.
