In addition to his parents he is survived by one daughter, Kayla Allison Mitchell of Radford, one brother and sister-in-law; Thomas Roscoe (Joan) Mitchell of Lynchburg, his faithful canine companion, Lacy and a real special friend, Sharon Moore of Virginia Beach.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, February 21, 2014 in the Community Funeral Service Chapel with Rev. Carlton Duck officiating. Interment will be private in Mountain View Cemetery of Ridgeway.
