Those left to cherish her memory are six daughters, Virginia Ferguson of Virginia Beach, VA, Barbara Saunders and Deborah Holland of Martinsville, VA, Donna Menefee of Ferrum, VA, Emily Gore of Rocky Mount, VA, and Wanda Hicks of Waynesboro, VA. Two sons, James Ferguson of Henry, VA, and Michael Ferguson of Ferrum, VA. One sister, Betty France of Martinsville, VA, 22 Grandchildren, 43 great- grandchildren and 12 great- great- grandchildren.
A Celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at the Pigg River Community Center, 2410 S Main St. Rocky Mount, VA. Interment will be in the family cemetery, Ferrum, VA.
Arrangements are made by Community Funeral Services, Ridgeway, Va.
