Susie Clark Willard

Susie Ella Willard, 91, of 718 Oneida Street, Martinsville, died Tuesday, August 2, 2011 at her residence. She was born in

Stuart on April 29, 1920 to the late Buck Clark and Sally Lou Dalton Clark.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Geneva Beasley and Mandy May Hurd, five brothers,

Johnny Clark, Bennie Clark, Paul Clark, Richard Clark and Walker Clark.

Surviving are Three daughters, Betty Lou Lewallen of Pennsylvania, Virginia Reynolds of the home and EmaJean Willard of

Mt. Airy, NC, ten grandchildren, eight

great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 noon, Saturday August 5, 2011 in the chapel of Community Funeral Service in Ridgeway

with Rev. William “Bill” Preskitt officiating, interment will follow in Mountain View Cemetery in Ridgeway. The family will

receive friends one hour prior to services beginning at 11:00 a.m. in the Community Funeral Service Chapel and other times at

the home on Oneida Street.
