Vivian Ann Blankenship Wilson

Vivian Ann Blankenship Wilson, 52, of Martinsville, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Martinsville on October 2, 1962, to the late Eugene Wishnevsky and Lenna C. Compton of Ridgeway. Vivian worked for Macfield MFG as a machine operator for seven years before becoming disabled and was a member of the Adventure In Faith Church of Martinsville.

In addition to her mother and step-father, Lenna and Wayne Compton of Martinsville she is survived by her husband, Johnny James Wilson of the home, one daughter, Misty Rose Thomas Nelson of Eden, NC., one step-daughter, Joyce Wilson Hall of Stoneville, NC., three grandchildren, Faith, Jessicka and Mahela Grace, three step grandchildren and two step-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her canine companion, Jeffro

The family will receive friends one hour prior to Celebration of Life Service; 12:00 Noon, Monday, December 1, 2014, in the Community Funeral Service Chapel with Minster Jonathan Goins officiating. Interment will be in the Church of God of Prophesy Cemetery in Elamsville, Virginia.

Community Funeral Service of Ridgeway is in charge of arrangements.
