I knew her as Arline throughout the years I worked with her. She loved to tell stories about her family and how much she admired her brothers and sisters for always being there for her and looking out for her. She had a very unique sense of humor that everyone loved. And enjoyed going to the movies so much. And, when it came to lotto scratches, just was the luckiest woman in the world! Always winning!!! Made you want to touch her arm just so you could get some of that luck. Every time I hear or see a quirky joke, it makes me think of her. That sense of humor. She will be missed. I remember Arline in a very comedic way.  She loved learning the Word of God and made sure to reach out to me for explanations whenever needed. She always looked for a way to tell one of her funny jokes.  Of course, there were times I had to monitor what she was about to say, because you never knew what was going to come out of her mouth.  A favorite joke she told often was “the church don’t need no Creepers among the Preachers and no Sneaking among the Deacons.  May my friemd Rest in Peace!  Thanks to her for all the laughs and fellowship during our mealtime blessings.

I knew you as Arline and the mother of my nephew Jason, and 3 nieces, Janelle, Joy & Jennifer. Becoming a mother is the beginning of the sacrifices a mother makes, and you sacrificed times four. They are beautiful people. Arline I have treasured the times we would crossed paths and I look forward to the final crossing to see your pleasant smile again!

Mom I’m truly going to miss you! I love you very much! I’m very grateful that you are now at peace and rest in God’s hands! Thank you for the great memories!
