Anna Marie Jeffcoat

Anna Marie Lore Jeffcoat was born to John and Gloria Lore on May 17, 1948 in Grand Rapids, Minnesota. She had four siblings: George, Nancy, Harvey and Patty. The family moved from MN to Eagle Mountain, CA in 1957. She graduated from Eagle Mountain High School in 1966 along with her lifelong friends. She married M.G. (Jeff) Jeffcoat and in 1971, they had a son, Christopher Matthew. Anna moved to Grand Terrace, CA and raised Chris, and also lived throughout the Western US in New Mexico, California and Arizona.

One of the biggest highlights of her life was when her granddaughter Samantha Nicole was born in 1993. She would always say, “She is my whole world.” Anna enjoyed her careers in banking, accounting and management positions over the years, and once she retired in Arizona, she moved back to Grand Terrace to be near her sister Patty, and her beloved son Chris soon followed.

Anna loved her coffee, gardening, cooking, reading and watching her cooking shows. She adored her family and loved spending time with them. She had a great sense of humor and loved to joke around and make others laugh. She was sassy, clever and witty. Anna always had admirers of her beauty and charm, and made friends easily and often.

Anna will be missed dearly and is survived by her sister Patty Lore Prentice and granddaughter Samantha Jeffcoat, her nieces Terri Lore Abdallat, Cindy Vida, Sherry Lewis Bunn and their families, as well as her nephews John Kivisto, Greg Lore, Robert Lore, Fred Lore, John Lore, Ryan Allen, Thomas Allen, Mike Matthews, Patrick Matthews, Joey Matthews and their families.

She is preceded in death by her father John Lore, mother Gloria Lore, brothers George and Harvey Lore, sister Nancy Lore Owens, nephew George Charles Lore, sons Christopher Matthew Jeffcoat and James Harvey Jeffcoat.

Anna stepped into eternity on April 6, 2023 in Redlands, CA. Her family and friends miss her dearly, but know through faith in Jesus Christ and His gift of eternal life, they will see her again and there will be no more goodbyes.
