I was just remembering Art today and googled him when I found his obituary.  I was remembering him because he and his wife helped me when I moved to California in 1994 for a job at the Indian Health Clinic where he was the Director of Nutrition.  I had no place to stay and they offered their RV until I found my own place.  They never asked me to pay rent which in hindsight I should’ve paid them back something.  He was my boss at the clinic and had an easy going style.  I will ALWAYS remember him for his generosity and am saddened  to learn of his passing.   I wanted to tell him thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me a chance.  Rest In Peace.

I met Arthur on "day one" of first grade in September 1943.  I have many solid memories of our growing up together.  I'm saddened to hear of his passing.  I extend my condolences to Oradelle his wife,  to George his brother, to Sue his sister, and to all the extended family.

To each of you my thoughts are with you as you find life without an incredible man. He gave me the opportunity of a lifetime when he hired me and I will always carry so many memories of all of time together.  He is water skiing barefoot on the most pristine lake as we speak only to be followed up with be the chef for dinner.  With a heavy heart, Penny
