Arthur R. Villegas lived from 9/16/1936 until 8/28/2022. He was born to Dario and Inez Villegas in Riverside. He is survived by three children: Art (and Cathy) Villegas, Teresa (and Pascual) Guardado and Becky (and Butch, RIP) Hoffman, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. His beloved wife Jesi Villegas preceded him in death in 2006. Arthur is also survived by several brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.
Arthur was a hardworking husband and father; he was well respected in the brick mason industry and came to be known as a perfectionist in his trade. Many of his brick/block creations can still be found in the Riverside and surrounding areas--he was very proud of his accomplishments.
Arthur and Jesi enjoyed travelling together, visiting Hawaii, Mexico and many other places, as Jesi worked as a travel agent in Riverside.
Services will be held on Monday September 26, 2022:

Visitation and rosary at Garden of Prayer Mortuary
12 pm to 1 pm
Funeral mass at St. Catherine's Roman Catholic Church
1:30 pm to 2 pm graveside service
