Bryant went peacefully to be with the Lord surrounded by the family he loved. He was born in Van Buren Missouri, one of 10 children born to Ernest & Margarett Robinson. He worked in his father’s sawmill logging camps in Rye, Colorado and played basketball; “Boy’s State” during junior year. Bryant graduated in 1951 and joined army at 19 (Korean War) Fort Leonardwood, Missouri, Camp Carson, then Germany. He moved to California. Bryant was always active in church, and attended Pomona First Assembly for many years. He was the owner of Bryant’s Carpet & Upholsery Cleaning.
Bryant is predeceased by his first wife, Jean (Qualls) & son, Timothy. He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann, his son, Glenn Robinson & wife, Jill, their daughters, Lindsay Bodwell (Tanner), Taylor and Kaitlyn. His son, Tim’s children, Ryan (Jen), Justin (Brittnay), Cheri Kavan (Bill,) great-grandchildren Josh & Claire Robinson. Sisters, Blanche, Martha & Joan. Brothers, Bennie & Duard. Bryant’s faith in Christ was solid and unswerving. He lived a life of integrity, & unselfishness. His humor is legendary. He was our rock. He will be missed.
Services will be held at Pierce Bros Crestlawn Memorial Park 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside 92505 on Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 10 A.M. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Water of Life Church Building Fund. 7623 East Ave., Fontana, CA 92336 or the charity of your choice.
