Caridad was a bright, loving, gracious soul. A fantastic cook of yummy authentic mexican food. I remember her watching her novelas and doing her crossword puzzles. I know she is happy in heaven with God and hubby! My thoughts and prayers go out to the Paredes family. May God be your strength and knowing she is at peace.
